Atchafalaya Basin Landing & Swamp Tours is a family-owned and operated tour destination located in the heart of the Atchafalaya Basin, America's largest freshwater swamp. Since 1999, travelers and locals alike have made the trek to our slice of heaven to enjoy tours, fishing, and lively activities at Turtle's Bar as they take in the natural sights and sounds of the area.

Tucker Friedman, the patriarch of the Friedman clan, has grown the business into the largest airboat tour operation in the region, as well as the top-rated travel destination in our area. Two of his three children, Nick and Christine, are making it all possible with him, who you are likely to see right when you walk into the establishment. Other staff members like Kellie, Cal, Micah, and Jessi are always on hand ensuring that everyday operations run smoothly.

Beginning in the spring of 2023, the Friedman's are going to start building a dream 20+ years in the making! With a new, floating facility on the horizon that will feature a new grill in Turtle's Bar, it's the perfect time to stop in and see what's happening on "this side of the levee"!
