Basin Landing General Store

The General Store at Atchafalaya Basin Landing Airboat Swamp Tours is open 7 days a week for your convenience. Stop in to pick up some informational packets on Louisiana wildlife before you take your airboat swamp tour, and stock up on snacks, ice, and a cold beverage from our stocked cooler. We sell sunglasses, fishing hats, and Basin Landing apparel, as well as long and short sleeve shirts in case our crazy Louisiana weather suddenly changes one way or the other!

We are a one stop shop for anglers of all ages. No matter if you need fuel, forgot a fishing pole, or you are looking for a specific type of bait or lure, we have you covered. In addition to keeping a wide inventory of fishing supplies, including live bait, crank bait, fishing line, tackle, gear, floats and hooks, we carry adult and children’s fishing poles. The General Store also provides free ear protection and flotation devices for all Airboat Swamp Tour guests.

Beverages & Snacks

Basin Landing carries Coca-Cola products, including Coke, Diet Coke, Coke Zero, Sprite, Sprite Zero, Powerade, Monster Energy, Iced Tea and Fanta products. We have bags of ice for sale, please provide your own small ice chest.

For those over 21, we also sell cold beer, including Coors, Michelob, Budweiser, Bud Light, Miller Lite, Mike’s Hard Lemonade Products , Malibu Coolers, and wine coolers. Forgot to pack a snack? We’ve got your back with a full selection of candy, jerky, Zapp’s Potato Chips, Ice Cream Products, peanuts, moon pies, brownies, honey buns, and so much more. We even have every fisherman’s favorite snack…Vienna Sausage.

We have one of the most interesting and original gift stores on the levee with tons of memorable, funny, and sentimental gifts to bring back to your loved ones after your tour of South Louisiana. From Mardi Gras beads to real alligator heads, to signs, prints, koozies and keychains, you won’t leave empty handed after your tour. We have a little something for every taste, including a small Louisiana grocery section, where you can take home goods to make your own Louisiana dinner!
